Procedures to Add Service to the Catalog

For the technical services located in the districts, the district technology team has primary responsibility and the SESC technology team will support the districts in providing these services.  For the services located here at the SESC office, we have primary responsibility and the district teams will help provide secondary support.  

For all new regional requested services/projects/task to be added to the standards/service catalog, the following protocol will be followed:

  • District/School makes a request to SESC.

  • SESC reviews the request to make sure it’s understood.

  • The request is then presented to the SESC board for approval.

  • Priority is given to those new projects that include a majority of the regional districts and schools.
